I guess I could have thrown the 54 oz AL can on there full of water or the pathfinder bottle..... maybe an update with boil times for several different containers :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10046070412256470567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107546299910937971.post-66762595801024392472014-04-29T18:43:55.121-07:002014-04-29T18:43:55.121-07:00I like the how-to article on building the home-mad...I like the how-to article on building the home-made alcohol stove you compared it to...(and the video)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107546299910937971.post-64412003545175788492014-04-29T18:43:04.675-07:002014-04-29T18:43:04.675-07:00Cool! I took the pictures inside (so you could actually see the flame), but performance didn't seem to be effected by being outside. Once it gets cold again I will see how it performs, but from my experience with homemade alcohol stoves it has to be well below freezing to severely effect performance in a negative way. Wind doesn't seem to effect performance other than the initial lighting of the stove.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10046070412256470567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107546299910937971.post-35098351916524848372014-04-29T18:31:05.811-07:002014-04-29T18:31:05.811-07:00Hey Josh, thanks for posting the review. Would it cook well outside in the cold?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
